It's already in my belly, but tonight I grilled a couple of ribeye burgers outside on the grill. Added some raw Vidalia onion, mayo, and two slices of Smokehouse Cheddar cheese, by Sargento. For real quality, choose Sargento. None of that half-vegetable oil; half-milk bullshit that passes as cheese. I'm looking at you, Kraft. You're the devil and I will be your redemption. |

I do a lot of cooking and will, at the drop of a hat, talk someone's ear off about it if the situation presents itself. Tonight was a fairly simple and quick weekday meal though! Lemon asparagus and chicken pasta, which merely requires half an hour and two pots on the stove. One pot to first cook the chicken breasts in, followed by the asparagus dashed with lemon juice, and another to boil the pasta. It all comes together quite nicely with some pesto sauce and cheese at the end (as well as crushed red peppers for fans of spice). Can feed as many as four people comfortably and even if you're a novice at cooking, you will seem the opposite to any that taste it. |

I went to Popeyes and got 12 piece wings with sweet and spicy Sauce. The fries were okay. They were Kind of soggy and gross. Honestly, I wish I had gone to Domino and got their Mango Habanero wings. SOOO good. But I figure if I down enough of this vodka with dinner. I won't remember the taste of either set of wings. |

Just enjoyed a barbecue steak along with rice and bernaise sauce. Simple, but oh so satisfying. Over ate, again.. so rest of evening is ruined of course. |

I just got home from going out for dinner, actually. We went to a Lebanese place and I have a combination platter with falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), tabouli, and a side of pita and Mediterranean hot sauce. I like to take a little of each and roll it up in a pita. Fucking delicious. |

We are going to have breakfast for dinner! Biscuits and mushroom gravy with some eggs too. Then probably with the rest of the gravy we'll end up with steaks the next day :) |

Haven't been to the shop yet, but will probably end up either doing pasta or fajitas! Will have to wait and see what the shop has in stock. |

I missed dinner last night as I was on a late inter island ferry and traveling through some remote areas with no food to get on the way. I got back this evening to spaghetti and bolognaise. |
