Well, as i remember it I had wanted to become a Marine Biologist ( as in aquatic life , not as in Soldier ) .. yet was raised to think i needed a ' trade ' of some sort and that was not bad advice so started work with a builder, only as i got older began to make friends with people who ran businesses, who's whole outlook was very different to what i'd been taught, they seemed to think that having a ' job ' was no way to ever really ' get ahead ' at all, and I was told that rather than being raised to be a ' worker ' they had been raised to be the employer and thus make money off other people's hard work. So anyhow, the closest i ever got to being a marine biologist in the end was working on fishing boats. 

Paramedic ideally helicopter based somewhere.....not pretty but works well with my biology brain as well as planning skills and calm under pressure too and leading a scene etc....

When I was pretty little I wanted to be a veterinarian, but I definitely never would've had the fortitude for it. ^^ 

I always thought it would be interesting to be a Geo list being able to learn stuff from the past and why certain things happen I also think it’s cool to work with fossils and how they tell a story 

I always said I either wanted to join the army or find my way into the mafia. I guess playing MR will have to do since I now know I’ll never get into the mob.

Always wanted to be an astronaut then I realized I already was an astronaut. Imagination is the strongest tool in a childs mind!

I have always enjoyed cards so for a long time I wanted to be a casino croupier, I sometimes wonder what would be if I had pursued that and where I might be now considering I live on an island where there are no casinos

I wanted so many jobs as a kid. Only adulthood made me realise that it is better to have none. Well, I wanted to be a cricketer, musician, astronaut and what not ? All those things were glamorous back then but the process always isn't.

Pilot - I saw Top Gun as a kid and wanted to be a fighter pilot at first. Then I realized that being blind w/o correction might be a problem (sad face). When I was older, I joined the Army to fly Helicopters, but never was able to do that. Now, I'm married with 2 kids and a mediocre job that doesn't pay for flight instruction. 

Gave up the prospect of becoming the first woman astronaut to visit mars and became a legal secretary....

I always wanted to join the RAF that fell through when my knees gave out

when I was young I really wanted to be a cashier just to have all the money and do whatever I wanted with it :P

travel the world, flip people, have like ten different passports, no trace of you at all. 

tbh when i was a kid, i always wanted to be a pro bmx rider. i mean iv worked and been in the bizz but i never went pro... still ride now and i wouldnt change a thing.... well apart from goin pro :D
