When I was a kid I changed my mind between two jobs frequently. I wanted to be a Librarian and/or a teacher. |

I always wanted to be a pilot. I never had the discipline to stay away from beers, parties and girls. |

I originally wanted to be a policeman as I thought they were in charge and made all their rules. Probably saved myself from years of paperwork and verbal abuse by choosing a different path! |

| I was in the 6th grade and my science teacher took the whole core of 6th graders to Kennedy Space Center in Florida. We got split up into two different groups to do mock missions as a part of both the Shuttle team as well as the Mission Control team. My job on both of those placements was the Communications Officer to relay information from different elements/teams to our counterparts on the ground or in orbit. It was after that field trip where I told myself I wanted to work for NASA as a communications officer. | |

Very low ambition: ice cream man (with the van). Thankfully I changed my mind quickly when I realised that making cones for lines of people wouldn't be as good as eating the ice cream. |
