As a kid - Always wanted to be a police officer. 

Reality - Security (previously), working in a school (currently) and am going through application to join the local police. 

When I was a kid I changed my mind between two jobs frequently. I wanted to be a Librarian and/or a teacher. 

Reality - I joined two book clubs and I have volunteered at the library with kid programs to help kids learn to read better. That is as close as I got. Since I did most of my jobs as a cleaner or Tim Hortons type stuff.

I wanted to be a Veterinarian and then a Kindergarten teacher...  Instead I became a mom with pets!  *shrug* <3

yesterday i saw my first school child of the year, going to school in shorts. I guess he has decided to become a postman

I always wanted to be a pilot. I never had the discipline to stay away from beers, parties and girls.

I ended up working as a Head of Operations in a customer service related company. Still got part time work in the airport as a Supervisor for multiple airlines :)

I originally wanted to be a policeman as I thought they were in charge and made all their rules. Probably saved myself from years of paperwork and verbal abuse by choosing a different path!

this is a dumb one but as a child i wanted to be a plumber.... my family ran a plumbing shop in my backyard. it was a two story shop and was always pretty dirty and active. as a kid i thought it was cool.
