Radio DJ / Radio Presenter!  I love music and talking to people, seemed like a good idea.. or a footballer but I did't have the determination to train all day.

I wanted to be a soldier. Specifically a member of the SBS. I planned to get there via the marines. I had the whole career path mapped out. I think I’d outgrown this notion by the time I was about eleven. After that I liked the idea of being hammered too much for war. 

When i was a kid it was always simple for me I wanted to grow up and be in the military like my dad and many family members

I didn't want a job as a kid. I always worked hard in school, made good grades and knew I had to do something with my life but nothing ever appealed to me. At my high school, to graduate, one has to do a senior project on a career that interests the person. One has to job shadow for a week, excused from classes which was cool, write a report and then provide a presentation. I did my project on my favorite teacher, who was also my baseball coach mostly because I was lazy and it would be easy.

Fast forward about 5 years and I became a teacher.  Now I'm a health teacher and coach, also teach part time at a community college. I took an unconventional path to get there but it ended up being a great choice. The irony is never lost upon me and I still chuckle about it. My mother was/is also a teacher (almost 40 years in the game). Life is funny sometimes.

Depends on the part of the childhood I guess.

when I was 17 I thought that being a porn star seemed pretty cool. I never really developed enough though.

when I was 8 or so I thought I’d be a hockey player. Turns out I liked video games too much.

when I was really small like around 4 years maybe I wanted to be a cashier so I can have any amount of money and I can take what I want when I want :P

when I was 12 or 13 I had a dream to be a doctor, after 25 years of that dream now I'm living it and I'm a doctor no :D

Honestly it changed often, I wanted to be everything at some point.  Vet, teacher, model, nurse, those are what I remember any ways.

I wanted to create carburetors. And not just any carburetor, but something new. Something incredible. Something that would change the world. And then one day, four men in suits knocked on my garage door...

I always wanted to go to work in the same factory that my dad worked in. Seems like a strange aspiration, but I guess as a kid, if you look up to your dad, you just want to follow in his footsteps. Funny thing is, once I turned 18, he wouldn't try to get me in the door there because he thought I would reflect poorly on him. He was a dick. Not sure why I looked up to him.

i had always wanted to be an attorney, i even took the lsat and got into the law school of my dreams.  however, i decided to take a year off from school and work an office job.  i HATED sitting behind a desk for 8 hours a day, so i never ended up going to pursue my law degree. 

Paramedic or Soldier personally

Always wanted to help people in whatever way I could so I thought it will be a good idea

I wanted to be a marine biologist. Studied it as a undergraduate though so swapped majors to a different field more environmental focused. i guess i though it would be nice beaches and tropical shit instead it was flankton and fish discection to see what they are eating.  

Radio presenter / dj. Enjoy music and talking to people, seems like it would have been the perfect job for me!

To be a zoo keeper for manatees, as they are my favorite animal. Still wish I had sometimes when I go to zoos!
