A History of Violence, Part I | Started by: VinoGandor on Jul 12, '11 19:05 |
Finished with arranging the last piece of his display setting Vino heads towards the crowd who eagerly await the news. Hello and welcome everyone, it is a pleasure to have you all here. Today, i am going to present you something new and hopefully something that will catch your interest. As i am very interested in the history of our world and its several wars i decided to put a collection of speeches and facts together for everyone to see and read. This collection will be released in parts and hopefully a final work can be produced at the end of this series. There is enough space for everyone in the building and reading booths have been set up. A few local restaurants have agreed to provide us with food and their service. The service is free to everyone, so please enjoy your stay and have a good read!

Whilst I appreciate the intent behind this, I would strongly suggest that you either omit the details of Project Mayhem's rise to power or present them in their entirety. This was a completely unique event in the history of MafiaReturns, as it was the only one to my knowledge where the effects of a 'glitch in the system' was allowed to stand and the victims of the glitch allowed to be punished by it. |

This is certainly an interesting project, Mr Gandor. Congratulations. History is so important to our present world. There are so many lessons we can take from the mistakes of our fathers and their fathers before them. |

I wanted to come out here and applaud you Mr Gandor. This is one of the best things our streets have seen in a long while. Keep up the great work, I look forward to future projects of yours.
This looks like it took a lot of effort, if you need a helping hand my mailbox is always opened!

Duke walked into the buidling. The aroma of fresh hot food filled the room. Duke browsed through the food, and settle with some fresh baked bread and jam. he places the bread smothered with jam onto a plate, and walked towards one of the reading booths. he spent most of the afternoon reading the paper. Duke was very impressed with the amount of work involved in ths project.
Vino thank you for reminding us where we came from. It is refreshing to know how far we have progressed. It leaves me hopeful for the future, and how much further we san go. I hope you don't mind me keeping one of these?
Duke grabbed a loaf of bread, a jar of jam, and one of the papers Vino had wrote. He left the building and tap danced down the road. |

Making his rounds Vino was approached by Duke who wanted to know if he could take some papers with him.
Of course you can keep them. I hope you are able to learn something from the past and adjust it to the 'now'.
Watching Duke leave the building Vino continues to make his round and soon takes notice of a note left behind in one of the reading booths. It has some signature and a mail address on it - '~C~'. Vino wonders if he can use it for his final production as it is very informative. |

Somehow this just reminds me how my bloodline was always in the wrong place in the wrong time. I can think of at least 4 examples from just whats been listed here already. Oh well. |

I think that happens to everyone, RoRoG. In this life, very few of us die from old age. Sooner or later, we all end up in the wrong place at the wrong time. |
